Programme Aim:
The Advanced Diploma in Sports Nutrition aims to equip learners with advanced knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies in the field of sports nutrition and exercise physiology. The programme is designed to develop graduates who can critically analyze the nutritional needs of athletes, design evidence-based dietary strategies for training, competition, recovery, and body composition, and apply ethical and scientific principles in diverse sporting and clinical contexts.
By integrating human nutrition, sports physiology, psychology, and research methodologies, the programme prepares learners to address performance enhancement, rehabilitation, and health management through nutrition. In addition, students are guided to explore emerging trends, career development opportunities, and research practices to ensure their readiness for advanced study or professional roles as sports nutritionists, fitness consultants, or allied health practitioners.
The overall aim is to produce competent, innovative, and ethically responsible professionals who can contribute to the advancement of sports performance and athlete well-being in both local and global contexts.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Apply scientific principles of nutrition and exercise physiology to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based dietary strategies that enhance athletic performance, support recovery, and promote long-term health and well-being.

Additional Notes
Upon successful completion of the Advanced Diploma in Sports Nutrition, students will be formally recognized at the Convocation Ceremony. Graduates will receive an official ID Card and Badge, certifying them as qualified Sports Nutrition Professionals by Prime International Academy.
High-achieving graduates may be offered opportunities to join Prime International Academy as lecturers or research associates, contributing to the professional development of future cohorts.
